We're seeking a Senior Business Consultant to help our UK & EU clients accelerate revenue growth in key Asian markets. Responsibilities include: 1. Provide strategic advice to early-stage company clients on marketing, partnerships, distribution and financial arrangements tailored to their Asian expansion goals. 2. Introduce market resources and regional marketing expertise to bridge our clients with wider Asian opportunities across India, China, Japan, Taiwan and Malaysia Develop comprehensive growth plans encompassing branding, social media, partnerships, tradeshows and other channels. 3. Provide senior training consulting to the client's local marketing team. Requirements are as blow: Requirements: 1. 10+ years of international business development/consulting/investment banking experience. 2. Proven track record of achieving revenue/ clients growth targets Strong experience working directly with Asian markets a must. 3. MBA or similar postgraduate qualification preferred. 4. Native or bilingual English with proficiency in another Asian language a plus. We are looking for a Senior Corporate Finance Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping startups become scalable and achieve high growth by using proper financial resources and corporate finance tools. The main responsibilities are: 1. Provide financial advice to clients based on their circumstances, appetite for risk, and desired level of future investment growth. 2. Analyze client information and future financial projections to ascertain the best investment solutions and strategies for clients. 3. Maintain good relationships with existing clients and adapt their advice and strategies to meet unexpected changes in financial circumstances. 4. Produce financial reports and communicate to clients what the figures mean. 5. Meet all regulatory requirements. Keep up to date with the latest financial products and regulatory changes. Requirements are as blow: 1. Master degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. 2. At least 10 years of experience in corporate finance consulting. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
